Lovingly massage into damp skin for 30 to 60 seconds and rinse. Follow with Toner and your favorite Treatment or Moisturizer. Use morning and evening or as desired. If your skin is either extremely sensitive, extremely dry, or extremely oily - use less frequently. Perhaps just a few times per week.
